Downtown Brookings Master Plan

The City of Brookings, South Dakota and Downtown Brookings are collaborating to develop a plan for the future of downtown. The plan will provide a guide for improving the area over the next 10 plus years, understanding that the area will continue to adapt to market changes.

The Downtown Brookings Master Plan will be a guide to promoting redevelopment, enhancing the streetscapes and facades, improving connectivity to and within downtown, identifying housing opportunities, increasing economic development, and more!

This plan needs your input, so continue to check back for the latest way to be involved with this project.
